Alenco Extrusion’s primary focus is to be a great extruder. They have developed a strong base of customers representing a variety of industries. We currently extrude for RV and trailer manufacturers, animal cage construction, light fixture manufacturers, packaging reinforcement as well as residential, manufactured housing and commercial window manufacturers.
From their 75,000 square foot facility in Bryan Texas, the company operates two aluminum extrusion presses. The presses, one 7” and one 9”, have an annual extrusion capacity of 45 million pounds. The company also operates a 22’ vertical electrostatic paint line. The paint line has the ability to handle both high solids and low solids paint and can paint in excess of 23 million pounds annually. They have developed a keen understanding of the lead time and order completion rates required by our customers. The processes developed from this understanding have provided industry leading delivery times and order completion rates. We currently process truck load orders in two-weeks and we are proud to report over 25.5 million pounds have been delivered without a backorder. We currently deliver extrusion to both the East and West Coasts, as far North as Indiana and as far south as Mexico.
